According to Macy’s, the hit sweaters for this fall are long sweaters that almost look like dresses, that you can wear with or without tights; sweaters with lace backs or fronts, worn with jeans; mesh sweaters with boots; and long cardigans, worn with a colorful tops underneath.

Forever 21 offers many outfit choices such as waffle knits, shredded sweaters, classic cardigans, patterned pullovers, and open knits for this fall season.

LuLus has the fall sweater fashions featured in “17 Magazine.” These outfits include long cozy neighbor sweaters with exotic patterns, terra cotta wraps, floral print sweaters, and sweaters that start out one color and fade into another.

“For fall, my favorite type of sweaters are oversized cardigans. They look the best with combat boots and catchy tops underneath,” senor Bridgette Serrecchia said. “My favorite place to purchase these is American Eagle; they always have cool stuff.”
